About the project
MoMTSim is a multi-agent simulation platform for generating synthetic mobile money transaction datasets in Sub-Saharan African contexts. It calibrates simulated behaviours against real transaction data and assesses the resulting synthetic data through statistical comparisons, supporting research on financial fraud detection.
